- Sailed over 110 days throughout the bay exploring over 400 islands and multiple anchorages

Llyr Conservation Yacht-Captain Brookes McCutchen- 53’ 31-ton steel Ketch July-August 2015
- Served as First Mate during a windward sail from Port Villa, Vanuatu to Vuda Marina Fiji
- Competent in bluewater electronic navigation using integrated charts, google maps, GPS, and AIS; night navigation using radar and course plotting; communications using SSB Pactor Modem and VHF; engine monitoring; sail and deck plan knowledge; sail and route strategy on board
- Held 2-3 hour night watch shifts
- Helped finalize vessel for cyclone season: detailing inside and out, grinding rust and applying inhibitor, scraped hull in the water, sanded and painted the bottom with antifoul

- Served as a deckhand sailing from Port Villa, Vanuatu to Noumea and Ile des Pines, New Caledonia
- Held 2 hours on 2 hours off-hand steering/compass navigation for a three-day passage with the captain when autopilot failed during a squall

- Built 14 campervans since 2014. Full construction from solar to upholstery.
- Designed and implemented a 400 amp hour 12v off-grid self-sustained system with 400 watts of solar.
- Patterned and built full boat enclosures, bimini tops, strata glass, and dodgers.

Medical Experience
Outdoor Emergency Medical Technician April 2013 - September 2014
Trestle Bike Park, Winter Park, Colorado
- Patrolled the mountain on a downhill bike for 40 – 50 hours per week
- Dispatched to Level One Trauma in outdoor settings
- Responded in backcountry settings dealing with injuries ranging from broken necks, fractured and dislocated ligaments/bones, severe lacerations, hypertension pneumothorax (punctured lung), unconscious and perseverating patients, combative patients, and asthmatic or respiratory issues.
- Operated as an emergency dispatcher, balancing mountain-wide logistics
